သမဝါယမပညာဌာန၏နောက်ခံသမိုင်းကြောင်း
သမဝါယမပညာဌာနသည် သမဝါယမနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာတက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ဒီဂရီများ အပ်နှင်းနေသည့် မေဂျာဌာနကြီး (၅)ဌာနအနက် တစ်ဌာနဖြစ်ပါသည်။ သမဝါယမ ပညာဌာနသည် လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ လိုအပ်သော လူငယ်စွန့်ဉီးတီထွင်သူများနှင့် ပညာရေး စွမ်းဆောင်ရှင်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။ သမဝါယမပညာဌာနသည် လူမှုစွန့်ဉီး တီထွင်မှု၊ လူမှုစီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၊ လူမှုရေးသိပ္ပံနှင့် လူ့စွမ်းအား အရင်းအမြစ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၊ မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု၊ စီးပွားရေးဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုနှင့် သုတေသနဆိုင်ရာနည်းလမ်းများစသည့် လူမှုစီးပွားရေး ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာရပ်နယ်ပယ်များကို သင်ကြားပို့ချ လျက်ရှိပါသည်။ယခုအချိန်အထိ B.BSc (SEM) ဘွဲ့ရ (၂၁၁) ဉီး၊ PGDSEM ဘွဲ့ရ (၅၇) ဦးနှင့် မဟာဘွဲ့ရ(၃၄)ဉီးတို့ကို မွေးထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထို့အပြင် သမဝါယမပညာဌာနသည် လူ့စွမ်းအားအရင်းအမြစ် သင်တန်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် စွန့်ဦးတီထွင်မှုနှင့် အသေးစားစီးပွားရေး လုပ်ငန်းဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှု ဒီပလိုမာသင်တန်းကို ဖွင့်လှစ်နိုင်ရန် စီစဉ် ရေးဆွဲလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
မျှော်မှန်းချက်
- ကျယ်ပြောလှသော လူမှုစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်ဖွံ့ ဖြိုး တိုးတက်မှုရှိသည့် ဝန်းကျင်အဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည့် ကောင်းမွန်ထူးချွန်သော ကျောင်းသား/ သူများ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်။
ရည်မှန်းချက်
- တိုးတက်ပြောင်းလဲနေသော လူမှုအဖွဲ့အစည်း၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဖြည့်ဆည်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်သော ထူးချွန်ထက်မြက်သည့် ကျောင်းသား/သူများ မွေးထုတ် ပေးရန်၊
- စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့်ရင်ဆိုင်နေရသည့် အခြေအနေများကို မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက်အတွေး အခေါ်ကောင်းများနှင့် လက်တွေ့ကျကျဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သော လူမှုစွန့်ဉီးတီထွင်သူများ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်၊
- လူမှုစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် လက်တွေ့ကျကျပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည့် လူမှုရေး စိတ်ဓာတ်ပြည့်ဝသော လူငယ်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်၊
- လူမှုစီးပွားရေး ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဖြည့်ဆည်းပေးနိုင်သော အရည်အချင်း ပြည့်ဝသူများ လေ့ကျင့်ပျိုးထောင် မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်။
ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာရည်ရွယ်ချက်
- လူမှုစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များတွင် ကျွမ်းကျင် ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည့် လူမှုစွန့်ဉီးတီထွင်သူများနှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ပြည့်ဝသော ပညာတတ်များ မွေးထုတ်ပေးရန်ဖြစ်သည်။
